We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activities Co-Ordinator to enhance the quality of life for residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will possess experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or senior care, with a particular focus on dementia and Alzheimer's care. Duties
- Design, plan, and implement a diverse range of recreational activities tailored to residents’ interests and needs, including those with dementia or Alzheimer's.
- Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, music sessions, games, outings, and special events.

- Collaborate with care staff to integrate activities into personalized care plans.
