Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior leadership, you will serve as the Group’s chief visual architect, partnering with operating companies to elevate and govern global design standards.
- You will lead and develop the central design function, establishing group-wide design governance while respecting each business’s distinct identity.
- This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on authority.

- Your judgement is disciplined, your eye exacting, and your standards uncompromising.
