We are seeking an experienced teacher to join our Windsor College Sixth Form Team on a permanent basis, working 30 hours per week (0.81 FTE). The salary ranges from £25,648.38 to £36,762.97 (T1 £31,633 to £45,341 full‑time equivalent), dependent on skills and experience. Expected start date: Wednesday 19th August 2026.

Responsibilities

  • You will be a key member of the Windsor Campus team, responsible for the high‑quality delivery, operation, and quality assurance of our A‑Level (OCR) and GCSE English Language provision.
  • You will plan, develop, and implement an effective classroom strategy that ensures outstanding student learning and efficient use of the College’s resources.
  • You will ensure the effective operation of assessment and tracking systems, guaranteeing that they are used to continuously improve student value‑added progress and achievement for both Sixth Form and GCSE learners.
  • You will build and lead a dynamic learning environment, supporting student morale, discipline, and personal development across a diverse range of learner needs.
  • You will deliver English Language at both Level 2 and Level 3, with a deep understanding of current syllabus requirements and assessment standards.
  • You will foster a high‑performing, supportive, and challenging culture for staff and learners, building strong links with industry and the community while upholding the core college values, mission, and vision.
