Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Teacher of A-Level Economics and Level 3 Business to join our Windsor College team on a fulltime permanent basis. The role pays from T1 £31,633 to T11 £45,341 which is dependent on skills and experience. Expected start date for this role is Monday 1st June 2026.
As a teacher, you will teach A-Level Economics, T Level Marketing, BTEC Business, ensuring high-quality student learning through the most effective, efficient, and economic use of the College’s resources. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of a teaching programme that prioritises student progression toward successful and value-added completion, including the regular assessment of progress and the preparation of timely reports.
Working effectively within the Humanities and Business team, you will devise and maintain innovative teaching strategies while supporting extra-mural activities and industry outreach to enhance students’ career and personal development. You will inspire students, deliver a high standard of teaching and student support, maintain morale and discipline both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a proactive role in promoting the good name of Windsor College, stay abreast of curriculum developments and participate fully in the College’s appraisal and performance management process.
