Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Lead Learning Support Assistant for the Foundation Department on a full-time, term-time basis at Slough and Langley campuses.
The role covers 37 hours per week over 38 term-time weeks with a pro-rata salary on Scale H of the Support Staff pay scale.
You will lead LSAs, shape support strategies, and work with EHCPs while supporting English, maths and ICT skills and coordinating with pastoral teams.
