We are seeking an Apprentice IT Technician to join our IT Services team at our Slough and Langley campuses on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis. This is an apprenticeship with an expected end date of 2 years from commencement. The role pays the National Living Wage of £24,521.29.
As an Apprentice IT Technician you will provide first‑ and second‑line technical support to staff and students, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues, and escalating complex problems while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role is essential for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure that supports all teaching, learning and administrative activities across the college.
