Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an Apprenticeship Support Officer to join our Apprenticeships team at the Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a full‑time permanent basis. The role pays from H19 £27,284.00 up to H22 £29,987.00, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual who is driven to support young people and make a real impact behind the scenes of successful apprenticeship programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support apprentices and employers while ensuring off‑the‑job training hours are accurately tracked, compliant and audit‑ready.
- Work closely with Skills Coaches and delivery teams to keep learners on track, motivated, and fully supported throughout their journey.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, monitor attendance for both apprenticeship programmes and functional skills, and produce timely reports for employers.
- Act as a key point of contact, confidently handling queries from apprentices, employers, and parents or carers.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple systems, support enrolment, and respond to safeguarding concerns with care.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience working with apprentices and handling sensitive data.
- Experience working with awarding bodies, EPAOs or curriculum teams is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva.
