Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join our Apprenticeships team at Berkshire College of Agriculture campus on a part-time basis. This permanent, part-time position requires working 21 hours a week, over 40 weeks including term time. The workdays are Tuesday to Thursday 09:00 to 16:00.

The role pays between G16 £12,281.01 and G19 £13,649.87 which is dependent on skills (G16 £24,098 up to G19 £26,784 FTE).

As a Learning Support Assistant within our Apprenticeships provision, you will play a key role in supporting apprentices with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND) to successfully access their apprenticeship programmes. You will work closely with apprentices, tutors, assessors, and employers to provide tailored learning support that enables apprentices to develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence required to achieve their apprenticeship outcomes.

Support may be delivered one-to-one, in small groups, or within learning and workplace settings, depending on individual needs. Your role will involve assisting with the implementation of structured learning support strategies, helping apprentices overcome barriers to learning, and supporting them to engage fully in both their off-the-job training and workplace learning.
