Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a permanent Teacher of Sport to join our Strode’s College team to work 18 hours per week on a 0.48 FTE. The role pays from T1 £15,145.78 to T11 £21,814.54 (T1 £31,133 to T11 £44,841 Full time equivalent) which will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please note that the expected start date for this role is Thursday 20th August 2026.
As a Teacher of Sport at Strode’s College, you will join a dedicated faculty with the rewarding role of delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that focus on both knowledge and skill development. You will plan and implement a well-rounded L3 curriculum, specifically focusing on L3 BTEC Sports Coaching and L3 BTEC Sport and Exercise Science programmes. Your influence will extend to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, conducting regular assessments to provide constructive feedback, and acting as a health and wellness advocate for the college community.
