Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a part time Teacher of Psychology for our Strode’s College Campus to work 24.42 hours per week on a 0.66 FTE on a fixed-term basis. The role pays from T1 £20,547.78 up to T11 £29,595.06 (T1 £31,133 up to T11 £44,841 Full time Equivalent), which will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Please note that the expected start date for this role is Thursday 20th August 2026. The expected fixed term end date for this role is Friday 31st July 2027.

You will be a key driver of academic excellence within our Social Sciences department, leading the curriculum delivery and quality assurance for our A-Level Psychology provision. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a rigorous, high-standard curriculum strategy that bridges the gap between GCSE and undergraduate study, ensuring our quality systems consistently push students toward top-tier results.

We are looking for an inspirational practitioner who can mentor students through the complexities of psychological research and theory, supporting their academic growth and UCAS aspirations. We seek a candidate with a deep understanding of the current A-Level specifications and a track record of fostering a high-achieving learning environment.
