Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Badminton Coach to join our Sports Department at our Strodes' College campus on a fixed-term sessional contract. The successful candidate can expect to coach for 1 x lunchtime per week until Friday 3rd April 2026. The role pays between £30 and £35 per hour, which will be dependent on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a Badminton Coach to deliver high quality coaching as part of A-Level PE enrichment programme. This role is designed to enhance students’ practical performance and theoretical understanding of badminton, supporting curriculum content such as skill acquisition, performance analysis and training principles. The coach will plan and deliver engaging sessions, cater for varying ability levels, and help students apply practical experience to their academic studies. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to student development both on and off the court.
