Cheslyn Hay Academy is seeking a Student Refocus Lead to manage the Refocus Room, supporting students to reset, reflect and re-engage with learning.

You will work with teaching staff and senior leaders to promote a calm, productive atmosphere and a positive culture.

This role requires empathy, resilience and the ability to de-escalate tense situations, ensuring students can continue their academic work during term time.
