We are looking to recruit a friendly and professional receptionist and administrator to join our highly effective team. You will be an important member of our school and have a positive approach in this key role. This is a superb opportunity for a proactive and motivated team member, who has the enthusiasm, drive and dedication, to provide outstanding service to our parents, carers, visitors, staff and pupils and to promote our ethos of “Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence”.

Successful candidates should have:

  • Some knowledge of administration and office systems/processes
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant area
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • willingness to undertake first‑aid training
  • Ability to use a range of ICT systems and packages (e.g., Microsoft Word)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to respond to routine queries, referring to others as appropriate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Remains calm in difficult situations
  • Displays sensitivity and empathy to others
