We are seeking an organised, proactive and flexible individual to coordinate daily staff cover and support continuity of learning across the school. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will manage both planned and emergency absences, arrange internal and external cover, and maintain accurate absence and supply records.
The role also includes supervising lessons during short-term teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work, managing behaviour in line with school policies, and providing feedback to teaching staff. You will liaise with supply agencies, induct supply staff, and approve timesheets and invoices. Support to the administration team is required as well as first aid support.
This is a varied and fast-paced position suited to someone with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills who is confident working with students and staff alike. Flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.

This is demonstrated through the school's motto of "Relentlessly Pursuing Excellence".
We offer a very friendly and inclusive working environment where children and the community are at the heart of all we do. We're more than a school - we're a community. We're committed to fostering an inclusive environment where staff are valued, supported, and empowered to make a positive impact on young people's lives.
