The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher of English to join our school. The successful candidate will support the family in making a difference for our children. We are looking to recruit a colleague with both the commitment and relevant skills to embody our culture, enthuse students, and help to raise standards throughout the school. The successful candidate will join the school at an exciting time. Having been judged as 'Good' by Ofsted in November 2023, we are eager to continue on our school improvement journey - and we look forward to having you on this journey.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • be an outstanding, passionate and highly motivated teacher
  • provide high quality data analysis and action planning

Our School

Newcastle Academy is a mixed 11-16 school that joined the Windsor Academy Trust family as part of a Trust transfer in 2024. It is a growing comprehensive school seeking a dynamic and committed teacher to drive its journey to excellence.
