Role

As Deputy Headteacher - Student Services, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our pastoral systems, ensuring that every student receives the support they need to thrive. You will:

  • Lead on behaviour, safeguarding (deputy DSL), and student welfare.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve attendance and engagement.
  • Work closely with staff, students, and families to create a safe, inclusive, and aspirational school culture.
  • Drive forward initiatives that support mental health, wellbeing, and personal development.
  • Be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the school.
