We are looking to appoint a receptionist to work as part of our administrative team at Windsor High School and Sixth Form. The post holder will undertake a range of reception duties, acting as the first point of contact in response to telephone and face-to-face enquiries. They will provide general clerical and administrative support to the School working directly with staff and students in line with the vision and values of Windsor Academy Trust. Administering basic first aid is a requirement of the post.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who ideally already has a proven track record of working effectively in a similar role.
Qualifications
Applicants Will Need To Have
- Experience in reception/clerical/administrative work.
- Ability to use a wide range of IT packages.
- Ability to use relevant equipment/resources.
- Good keyboard skills.
- Good organising, planning and prioritising skills.
- Methodical with a good attention to detail.
- Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
- Ability to relate well to children and to adults.
