We are looking to recruit a dedicated and ambitious Pastoral Leader to join our successful pastoral team, working across all year groups to support our students. The successful candidate will be someone who wants to inspire students, is enthusiastic and has a desire to develop a career within a highly successful multi-academy trust.

Applications must have the following:
- NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant area.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English grade 4 or above.
- Experience of working with students with behavioural needs.
- Relevant experience and knowledge of working with children aged 11-16 years.
- Understanding of relevant legislation as it affects children and the education sector.
We have a clear, whole-school approach to behaviour for learning, which is adopted by all staff and supported by leaders at all levels. We are looking for someone who is dedicated and hardworking, and someone who enjoys, even relishes, a school environment.
