We are looking for a dynamic and exceptional Pastoral leader, current non‑teaching Head of House or Year to join our successful Pastoral Team and help all students "ASPIRE to Excellence". Kingswinford Academy is a successful mixed 11‑16 comprehensive academy of 920 students and part of an innovative Multi‑Academy Trust that offers cross‑phase opportunities and excellent professional development.
We are dedicated to staff progression and wellbeing, and we expect high expectations of students and colleagues alike. You will need to have a determined approach to ensuring every child can succeed irrespective of circumstance.
