Join Our Central Team
We are seeking an organised, professional and proactive HR Administration Assistant to join our North Staffs & Stoke Central Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys providing excellent support to colleagues, visitors and stakeholders. We are the first point of contact for many visitors and enquiries, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our central office.
As part of our HR team, you will provide administrative support across a range of activities, including interview scheduling, meeting coordination, visitor management and office operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support to the North Staffs & Stoke HR team, including coordinating meetings and preparing documentation.
- Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and administrative records.
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional reception and hospitality service as required.
- Supporting visitor management systems and helping maintain a safe, professional office environment.
- Assisting with office supplies, stationery management and general office administration.
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Will relish working in a busy administrative or office environment.
- Possesses excellent organisational skills and can effectively prioritise competing demands.
- Has strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communicates confidently and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
- Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience within education and/or HR administration would be advantageous, not essential. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team while contributing to the delivery of excellent HR services across our Trust.
