We have outstanding opportunities for you to start your career within our Trust. We want you to reach your full potential throughout your career and provide a managed induction programme supported by your personal mentor.
Our programme has been developed in line with changing requirements and feedback from previous ECTs to form structured, professional engaging sessions enabling interaction and the ability to network with other ECTs. Our schools will provide the setting for you to thrive and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from other schools within the Trust.
