We are looking for an outstanding site operative to join our Estates Team at Windsor Olympus Academy (Olympus).
Olympus is our free school that opened in Sandwell in September 2023, initially recruiting 180 students from Sandwell and Birmingham. The school caters for students aged 11 to 16. It opened with Year-7 students only, and now welcomes Year 7, 8 and 9 students as of September 2025. Olympus will grow year-on-year to provide education for 900 students after five years.
As well as a bespoke package of professional development, we offer a range of staff benefits including membership of the Pension Scheme, an employee assistance programme and access to offers and discounts with well-known retailers.
