Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person-centred care and much needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small, independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients who are able to continue living in their own homes.
What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers, is flexibility and a healthy work-life balance. We offer a competitive hourly wage of:
- £13.00 per hour (Mon-Fri)
- £14.75 per hour (Weekends)
- Enhancements for Bank holidays
- 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards, then back home)
We are currently offering a 15 hour per week contract for candidates who have the availability below:
- Early shift from 07.00am - 10.00am (Week 1 Mon-Fri, Week 2 - 3 days in week and weekend availability)
- Early shift from 08.00am - 11.00am (Week 1 Mon-Fri, Week 2 - 3 days in week and weekend availability)
