About Us

Windrush Care is a domiciliary care provider based in Gloucestershire, delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes. We are committed to supporting independence, dignity, and wellbeing within the community. We are currently seeking experienced Care Assistants who are already sponsored by a primary employer and are looking to take on secondary employment of up to 20 hours per week, in accordance with UK Skilled Worker visa regulations.

Important Visa Information:

  • Hold a valid Skilled Worker visa
  • Have an existing primary sponsor
  • Are legally permitted to undertake secondary employment up to 20 hours per week
  • Are working in the same occupation code as their primary sponsored role (care-related)

Candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to their own vehicle. It is important to note we do not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
