Overview
Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person-centred care and support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area. Windrush Care is a small, independent and family-owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients who are able to continue living in their own homes.
What we offer
First and foremost, we offer flexibility. Most of our carers work around other jobs and family life; we believe in a healthy work-life balance. If you wish to work earlies or lates, or a combination, that is fine with us.
We offer a competitive hourly wage of Β£12.70 per hour (Mon-Fri) Β£14.70 per hour (Weekends) + enhancements for Bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (From home to first call and onwards, then back home).
Contract and hours
We are currently offering a 15 hour per week contract for candidates who have any availability between the hours below.
- Care call availability between 16.00pm β 22.00pm
- Week 1 (Mon-Fri)
- Week 2 β (3 days in week and the weekend)
Extra hours are available if required.
