Windrush Care is looking for people of all backgrounds and experience to provide genuine person‑centred care and much needed support to older people in the Cheltenham and North Cotswolds area.
Windrush Care is a small, independent and family‑owned business based in the centre of Cheltenham. We provide our services to a predominantly private group of clients who can continue living in their own homes.
What we offer first and foremost to our existing and future home carers is flexibility. Most of our other carers work around other jobs, family life and we truly believe in a healthy work‑life balance. We offer a competitive hourly wage of £14.00 per hour (Mon-Fri) £14.75 per hour (Weekends) plus enhancements for bank holidays as well as 40p per mile (from home to first call and onwards, then back home). We have hours available between:

- 11:30am – 02:00pm
- 05:00pm – 09:30pm
What makes Windrush Care stand out from the rest? Whilst many of the benefits we offer can be found in other care companies, what we truly believe is that Windrush Care cares! None of our carers are seen as just a number or a resource to drain. We support, encourage and promote our home carers so they flourish in their roles and in turn transfer this to great care of our clients.
