Retail Sales Advisor - Southampton at Windrose Landscape Architecture. Pattern: 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day between 11:00 and 17:30 (flexibility may be required). Hourly Rate £12.30 / Annual Salary £12,792 (Full Time Equivalent £25,584).

What will I be doing as a Retail Sales Advisor?

  • Delivers first-class customer service in line with company expectations, ensuring customer needs are met and encouraging repeat visits.
  • Contributes to store sales targets and KPIs including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes and ATV to maximise profitability.
  • Contributes to the store outreach plan using local knowledge, which may include outbound sales calls, visiting customers and participating in in-store meetings and events.
  • Performs general shop floor duties, including stock replenishment and processing deliveries.
  • Maintains Visual Merchandising standards to drive customer engagement and repeat business.
  • Accurately completes stock auditing tasks under manager guidance.
  • Processes customer payment transactions in line with policy.
  • Reads, understands and adheres to all retail policies communicated by the line manager.
  • Upholds high standards of cleaning and a healthy shop environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Treats visitors with respect and uses training to handle difficult situations constructively.
  • Adheres to Health and Safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
  • Proactively asks questions to ensure understanding of working practices and procedures.
