We are currently recruiting for Sales Support Executives. Starting Salary - £27,747. Working Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:00pm or 8:00am – 4:45pm. Hybrid working available after settling in period.
In order to fully support the company’s growth we are looking to recruit an additional Sales Support Executive. As a Sales Support Executive at Nisbets you will support our largest and highest profile customers with all matters relating to orders, including time to delivery, stock availability or alternative products, as well as any incorrect goods received. You will have a 2 week induction to become familiar with our key systems and processes, and will then be gradually introduced to the different aspects of the role at a pace that suits you.
You will join a team of just under 30 colleagues, so there will be support and a lively atmosphere that will help nurture your development as you learn the skills of the job from your peers, your buddy and your line manager. This is a great role for a Sales Support Executive who is looking to work for a market leading business that can offer a great range of career paths.

Responsibilities- Be the support network for all stakeholders and clients, providing quotes and orders on request
- Contribute to the achievement of revenue and margin targets for your customer base
- Use our extensive supplier network to source non-stocked products for our customers
- Answer inbound calls from stakeholders, and offer a one-stop resolution for all; where this is not possible, arrange call backs to customers until resolutions are achieved
- Competitive base salary with an annual performance related bonus which can be up to 3%
