Windracers is seeking an experienced Flight Test Engineer to plan, execute, and report flight and ground tests, ensuring performance meets requirements and standards.
You will own test areas, produce documented evidence, and act as a key interface between Engineering, Flight Operations and Maintenance.
In this role you will develop test plans, instrumentation schemes, analyse data, and contribute to safety governance while mentoring junior engineers and maintaining auditable records.
