Job Description:
The Manufacturing / Quality Operator will be responsible for quality inspection and packing of laminated (foiled) products as assigned by the Shift Co-ordinator.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform quality checks and inspections on assigned products according to the quality plan.
- Segregate non-conforming products from good production.
- Communicate issues effectively to relevant personnel.
- Record inspection data as per company procedures.
- Alert relevant staff to process and product concerns.
- Complete required training and development.
- Safeguard company property.
- Conduct visual quality inspections and specific quality checks/tests.
- Pack laminated products according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and tidy workplace following housekeeping procedures.
- Share knowledge and skills with team members.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Adhere to all policies, management systems, and legal responsibilities related to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Foster good working relationships and represent the company positively.
- Promote Epwin Core Values.
