6 month | 2-3 days a week | London-based, North Acton. Office move planned to SW London in Oct. Hybrid, but must be able to drive. We’re Window Fleur – the UK’s first ready-planted window box subscription brand and we’re looking for an ultra-organised, proactive and positive team member to join our growing team as our new Logistics & Customer Operations Executive.
In this varied and hands-on role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our back-end operations – keeping orders flowing smoothly, stock in check and customers happy. You’ll work closely with our founders and wider freelance team, and play a key part in helping Window Fleur as we grow.
Role responsibilities include:
- Working with our Delivery & CS team managed deliveries
- PO and stock management website and warehouse, updating records, liaising with suppliers
- Overseeing order fulfilment and seasonal box swaps
- Handling some day-to-day customer service enquiries
- Analysing sales and ops data to inform decisions
- Supporting inventory planning and forecasting
You must have:
- 2+ years working in a fast-paced D2C brand
- Shopify experience
- Comfort using Google Sheets / Excel to organise and analyse data
- A full driving licence
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset: we love a problem-solver!
- Experience working independently in a small team
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Hubspot, etc.)
- Familiarity with inventory planning and margin tracking
- Experience creating or refining systems and processes
- Basic knowledge of VAT and invoicing
