Purplex Marketing has appointed current employee Alex Lee as its new head of client relations, a strategic role created to strengthen customer partnerships and improve collaboration across the business. The position carries a broad remit, bringing sales, operational and account management teams closer together to ensure greater clarity, consistency and accountability.

A key early initiative is the introduction of a new reporting framework designed to replace outdated formats with clearer insight for both clients and internal teams. Alex is currently moving from managing his own portfolio of accounts, retaining a small number of long-standing clients while embedding new structures across the wider team.
