Windnostics Limited, based in the UK, offers critical engineering support for wind farm operators and O&M engineering managers. Specializing in asset management and reliability of wind turbines, the company's expertise spans condition monitoring, non-destructive testing, and comprehensive analysis of wind turbine components such as gearboxes, generators, blades, and bearings. Windnostics also investigates and resolves issues related to wind turbine noise, vibration, and CMS alarms. Our mission is to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of our clients' wind energy assets.

This is a part-time, hybrid role (option to work from home as well as in our offices) located in Greenfield for an Office Administrator. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating office operations
  • Managing office equipment and supplies
  • Providing administrative assistance
  • Ensuring effective communication
  • Offering assistance to clients
  • Supporting the customer service team
  • Maintaining a well-organized office environment

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance
  • Ability to operate and manage Office Equipment efficiently
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer Service
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
  • Experience using Xero accounting and Pleo expenses software
  • Basic HR skills, staff organisation and providing back office support for small teams working in the UK and overseas

Part time role with option to work from home.
