The Role
As Senior Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of a busy residential sales office, ensuring every sale progresses smoothly while delivering an outstanding experience for clients. You'll build lasting relationships, keep transactions moving and help maximise every opportunity from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of the sales department.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, providing regular updates and viewing feedback.
- Book valuations and market appraisals while identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and showcase homes professionally.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and surveyors to keep sales progressing efficiently.
- Manage sales progression from agreed sale through to completion.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both over the phone and in person.

You'll already have experience working within residential estate agency and enjoy building relationships with people. You're organised, proactive and take pride in delivering a professional service from start to finish.
You'll also have:
- Previous estate agency sales experience.
- A confident, positive and self-motivated approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A professional, approachable and diplomatic manner.
- A full UK driving licence.
