The business has a strong presence across the East Midlands and works across residential, commercial, auctions, rural land and wider property matters. Professional, knowledgeable and highly regarded, they offer a varied environment where no two days feel the same.
As Lettings Negotiator, you will play an important role in supporting the continued success of the residential lettings department. You will be speaking with landlords, applicants and tenants, arranging viewings, progressing enquiries and helping deliver a smooth, professional lettings experience from first contact through to move-in.
This role would suit someone with property experience who enjoys a polished, customer-focused environment and wants to develop within a well-established firm that values local knowledge, service standards and long-term client relationships.
What you will be doing:

What you will bring:
You will be professional, organised and confident when dealing with people. You should be comfortable speaking with landlords and applicants, managing multiple enquiries and representing the business in a polished and knowledgeable way. A proactive attitude, good attention to detail and a genuine interest in the local property market will help you succeed. You will also need to be a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, professional team.
Why this role stands out:
This is not a high-pressure corporate agency environment. You will be joining a respected property firm with a broad range of expertise, a strong local reputation and a professional client base.
