Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm / Saturday rota 10.00am - 1.00pm

You will be stepping into an established lettings operation with a strong local reputation and a consistent flow of business across both residential and student markets.
- Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the lettings department
- Lead, support, and develop the team to maintain performance
- Maintain compliance across all lettings activity
- Work with the Directors on performance, processes, and improvements
- Strong background in residential lettings
- Exposure to student lettings is useful
- Solid understanding of lettings legislation
- Full UK driving licence
- Mixed portfolio across residential and student lettings
- Immediate impact with long term potential
