As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a managed portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive clear communication, prompt updates, and practical solutions. You'll be trusted to keep tenancies on track, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, and help maintain high standards across the portfolio.
- Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
- Arranging property visits, inspections, and follow-up actions
- Keeping property management records accurate and up to date
You’ll ideally have experience in residential lettings or property management and be confident dealing with people at all levels. This is a strong opportunity to join a respected local property firm with an established presence in the Derby market. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable team, managing a varied portfolio and playing an important role in the continued success of the lettings department.
