The Role

As Property Manager, you'll take ownership of a managed portfolio, ensuring landlords and tenants receive clear communication, prompt updates, and practical solutions. You'll be trusted to keep tenancies on track, resolve maintenance issues efficiently, and help maintain high standards across the portfolio.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs from report through to completion
  • Handling tenancy queries and resolving issues professionally
  • Arranging property visits, inspections, and follow-up actions
  • Supporting tenancy renewals and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are monitored and maintained
  • Keeping property management records accurate and up to date

About You

You’ll ideally have experience in residential lettings or property management and be confident dealing with people at all levels. Strong organisation, calm problem-solving, and clear communication will be key to doing well in this role.
