What you will be doing

  • Registering new applicants and qualifying their requirements in detail
  • Matching buyers to suitable properties and booking viewings
  • Conducting viewings and presenting homes in a confident, professional manner
  • Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
  • Building strong relationships with vendors through regular communication and updates
  • Progressing agreed sales and keeping all parties informed throughout the journey
  • Spotting valuation and instruction opportunities and passing them to the wider team
  • Keeping the CRM up to date and ensuring all notes, feedback, and actions are recorded accurately
  • Delivering a high standard of service at every stage of the customer journey
  • Contributing to the energy, targets, and overall success of the branch
