As Sales Negotiator, you will become a key part of the Northampton team, helping vendors and buyers navigate the sales process with confidence. The Role
- Registering buyers and identifying suitable properties for their requirements
- Arranging and conducting property viewings across the local area
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and applicants
- Negotiating offers professionally and confidently
- Supporting sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
- Providing market updates and regular feedback to clients
- Helping to generate new business opportunities through excellent service
- Maintaining accurate records on the agency CRM system
- Working closely with colleagues to maximise branch performance
About You
You will already have experience within estate agency or residential property sales and understand what it takes to deliver a smooth, client-focused service. You will be confident speaking with vendors and buyers, comfortable negotiating, and motivated by seeing a sale progress successfully.
You will bring:
- Previous experience in residential estate agency or property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive, organised and professional approach
- Good local market awareness, ideally around Northampton or the wider region
- Confidence managing applicants, viewings, offers and sales progression
- A genuine interest in property and client service
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
