As Senior Lettings Portfolio Manager, you will take ownership of a managed portfolio and play a key role in ensuring tenancies are set up correctly, issues are resolved quickly, and landlords receive clear, confident guidance. What you'll be doing day to day:
- Managing a portfolio of residential lettings properties across Northampton and surrounding areas
- Handling Section Notices confidently and in line with current lettings legislation
- Managing rent arrears, keeping accurate records, and communicating clearly with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance works with contractors, tenants, and landlords
- Overseeing tenancy set ups, renewals, move-ins, and associated administration
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are monitored, recorded, and followed up
- Acting as a reliable point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues
- Resolving day-to-day portfolio issues professionally and efficiently
- Supporting landlord retention through proactive communication and strong service delivery
- Working closely with the wider lettings team to maintain smooth processes and high standards
What we're looking for:
You will already have solid experience within lettings, property management, or portfolio management and feel confident managing a varied workload.
