The role Youll take ownership of a portfolio of managed properties, becoming the key point of contact for landlords and tenants and making sure issues are dealt with professionally, efficiently and with good commercial judgement. The emphasis is on properly managing relationships and protecting your landlords investments, rather than simply processing maintenance requests. Managing your own portfolio of residential properties Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Managing contractors and ensuring works are completed to the right standard Carrying out property inspections and following up on any issues Keeping landlords informed and helping them make sensible decisions about their properties Ensuring your portfolio remains compliant with current lettings legislation What will help you succeed Youll ideally already have experience within residential Property Management or Lettings and understand what it takes to manage a busy portfolio properly.
