Office Based With External Appointments

Are you already working in estate agency but feel your current role has become repetitive, with limited recognition or room to progress? This Sales Negotiator position offers the chance to join a Coventry agency where you can build stronger relationships with buyers and sellers, take greater ownership of your pipeline and be rewarded for the results you deliver.

Why this opportunity is worth exploring:

This role would suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of estate agency but also understands that the best results come from providing a genuinely helpful service. You will be trusted to manage enquiries, build momentum around available properties and keep sales moving forward. Rather than simply completing tasks, you will play an important part in creating a positive experience for clients while helping the branch convert more opportunities. It is a strong next step for a negotiator who wants to develop their confidence, improve their earning potential and become a key contributor within a successful local branch.

The role:

As Sales Negotiator, you will support buyers and sellers throughout the property journey, from the first enquiry through to an agreed sale. You will spend your time speaking with applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, following up opportunities and negotiating offers. Just as importantly, you will build relationships that generate repeat business, recommendations and future instructions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Turning new enquiries into viewings, offers and agreed sales
  • Helping buyers identify the right property for their needs
  • Conducting engaging, well-prepared property viewings
  • Following up applicants consistently and commercially
  • Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcome
  • Keeping sellers informed and confident throughout the process
  • Identifying valuation, mortgage and additional business opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records and progressing your pipeline effectively

What will help you succeed:

You may already be working as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent or Property Consultant and be ready for a fresh challenge. You will be confident speaking with customers, comfortable working towards targets and able to remain organised when managing several clients and properties at once. Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial, along with a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

What is on offer:

  • Salary of £28,000
  • The opportunity to develop your estate agency career
  • A varied role with genuine responsibility for results
  • The chance to build strong relationships within the Coventry property market
  • Support from an experienced branch team
  • Recognition for your contribution and performance
