The Role: Beyond Basic Administration This isn’t just about paperwork – you’ll be the operational backbone of a dynamic lettings department. Your responsibilities will include: Tenancy Administration Processing tenancy applications and references Preparing professional tenancy agreements Managing deposit registration processes Coordinating move-in and move-out procedures Maintaining accurate property records Compliance & Documentation Ensuring all properties have current safety certificates Maintaining regulatory compliance records Managing the renewal process for documentation Keeping landlord and tenant files up to date Assisting with property licensing requirements Communication Hub Acting as first point of contact for maintenance queries Coordinating with contractors and suppliers Supporting property managers and negotiators Liaising with tenants and landlords Managing property maintenance schedules Essential Skills & Experience Proven property administration experience Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with property management software Professional telephone manner Problem-solving skills Full clean UK driving licence (preferred) What Makes This Opportunity Special?
