The business has a strong presence across the East Midlands and works across residential, commercial, auctions, rural land and wider property matters.

As Lettings Negotiator, you will play an important role in supporting the continued success of the residential lettings department. You will be speaking with landlords, applicants and tenants, arranging viewings, progressing enquiries and helping deliver a smooth, professional lettings experience from first contact through to move-in.

This role would suit someone with property experience who enjoys a polished, customer-focused environment and wants to develop within a well-established firm that values local knowledge, service standards and long-term client relationships.

  • Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
  • Arranging and carrying out lettings viewings across Melton Mowbray and surrounding areas
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective applicants
  • Following up viewing feedback and helping negotiate offers
  • Keeping property records, applicant details and marketing information up to date
  • Responding to lettings enquiries by phone, email and in person
