Known for their strong local knowledge and personal service, they’re now looking for someone who can match their professionalism and passion for property.

You’ll be handling the full sales process, from registering buyers and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and supporting sales progression. This is a front-line role where your ability to build rapport and close deals will be key. It’s a busy, proactive environment, and you’ll play a vital part in driving the branch’s ongoing success.

The right person will already have experience in residential sales and be confident in face-to-face and phone-based interactions. You’ll also need a full UK driving licence and the motivation to get stuck in from day one.

What’s on offer?

A competitive basic salary starting at around £27,000 basic (depending on experience), and with commission, realistic earnings well above £35,000.
