As Senior Branch Manager, you will oversee the full sales and lettings operation, supporting your team to win instructions, deliver excellent service, increase market share, and maintain a strong local reputation. You will be hands-on where needed, but your main focus will be leadership, growth, standards, and results.
What you will be doing day to day:
- Leading and motivating the sales and lettings teams to achieve branch targets
- Driving new business through valuations, listings, landlord relationships, and local market activity
- Overseeing sales progression, lettings performance, compliance, and customer service standards
- Coaching negotiators and consultants to improve conversion, confidence, and results
- Building strong relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local contacts
