This role would suit someone who enjoys the pace of residential agency, knows how to build rapport quickly, and takes real pride in turning viewings into offers and offers into successful completions. You will play a key part in keeping stock moving, maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers, and contributing to the continued success of a busy branch.
You will be joining a respected independent property firm operating within the residential sector, with an established local reputation, a collaborative team environment, and ambitious plans for continued growth. It is the sort of business where effort is recognised, results are rewarded, and people are encouraged to develop their career in agency.
What you will be doing:
- Registering new applicants and qualifying their requirements in detail
- Matching buyers to suitable properties and booking viewings
- Conducting viewings and presenting homes in a confident, professional manner
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
- Building strong relationships with vendors through regular communication and updates

- Contributing to the energy, targets, and overall success of the branch
What will help you succeed:
You will already understand the rhythm of residential sales and know how to keep momentum in a competitive market. You will be confident speaking with applicants and vendors, comfortable negotiating, and motivated by achieving strong results. A background in estate agency sales will be highly valued, along with a polished approach, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for property. Local market knowledge would be an advantage, but just as important is the ability to create trust, handle conversations professionally, and stay organised when the branch is busy.
What is on offer:
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Negotiator who wants to join a business where they can make an impact, build their pipeline, and enjoy the rewards that come with strong performance. Alongside a realistic OTE, you will be part of a team that values professionalism, consistency, and a positive attitude.
