Youll also have the opportunity to broaden your experience beyond pure property management, working alongside the wider lettings, sales and accounts teams and supporting the lettings operation when needed. Youll take responsibility for a portfolio of approximately160 residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. There will also be some involvement with the lettings team, particularly as part of the Saturday rota, giving you more variety than a traditional portfolio-only Property Manager position. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Managing maintenance, repairs and contractor relationships. Resolving tenancy and property issues efficiently. Monitoring rental payments and dealing with arrears. Keeping properties and tenancies compliant with current legislation. Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records. Working closely with lettings, sales and accounts colleagues. What Will Help You Succeed? Youll ideally have at leastone years experience within residential lettings or property managementand be comfortable taking responsibility for your own portfolio.
