Office Based

If you're an experienced Lettings Coordinator who enjoys keeping everything moving behind the scenes, but you'd like to join a business where you can build a longer-term career, this could be well worth a look. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, highly regarded property business with a strong reputation for stability, staff retention and developing its people.

Rather than feeling like just another person processing paperwork, you'll be joining a company that values good people, invests in their progression and gives them the support to do their job properly.

Why this company is different

The appeal here is as much about the employer as the role itself. You'll be joining a stable and respected business with a positive working culture and a track record of keeping good people. Training and development are taken seriously, so if you want to continue building your knowledge and progress your career within property, there is genuine scope to do that. You'll also be part of an experienced team where people work collaboratively, standards are high and you'll have the structure and support needed to stay on top of a busy lettings pipeline.

The role

As Lettings Coordinator, you'll play a key part in making sure tenancies progress smoothly from agreed let through to move-in. You'll work closely with colleagues, landlords and tenants, keeping everyone informed, chasing the right information at the right time and making sure each tenancy reaches completion efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities

  • Progressing agreed lets through to successful move-in
  • Coordinating referencing, tenancy documentation and compliance requirements
  • Keeping landlords and tenants updated throughout the process
  • Ensuring paperwork and records are accurate and completed on time
  • Working closely with the wider lettings team to avoid unnecessary delays
  • Identifying issues early and helping resolve them before they affect a tenancy
  • Delivering an organised, professional experience for both landlords and tenants

What will help you succeed

You'll ideally already have experience within lettings, property administration or tenancy progression and understand the importance of staying organised when several tenancies are moving at once. You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, communicates confidently with different people and gets satisfaction from making sure everything is properly completed. Most importantly, you'll want to join a business where you can settle in, develop and build a career rather than simply move into another similar role.

What's on offer

  • Salary of £28,000
  • Established and reputable property business
  • Stable working environment with strong staff retention
  • Supportive team culture
  • Training and ongoing development
  • Genuine opportunity to progress your career
  • A role where your organisation and contribution are genuinely valued

If you're currently working within lettings and wondering whether there's a better long-term home for your career, this is definitely a conversation worth having.
